Next Cooking Classes—not in May, but earlier on the fifth Monday of April! Mark your calendar now to attend the next Cooking Class on Monday, April 30, noon and repeated at 6:00 pm at the Extension Office. We just tasted delicious chicken and pork parmesan at our cooking classes and now plan on another entrée, Turkey Meatball Wraps at the next sessions.  It’s more Italian spices in this Greek influenced entrée with ground turkey.
